The Tears to Hope Society received funding to send individuals from our communities to participate in the Transformations in Prince George, to provide opportunities for intense healing on each person’s journey. We believe we can heal from finding a supportive network of individuals who have experienced much of the same types of trauma, grief, and loss, and who struggle with many of the same personal challenges.

This is an anonymous evaluation survey to help us understand how you were impacted by Transformations, and to use the data to apply for opportunities for others to attend Transformations.
