Jessica Patrick, a Lake Babine First Nations 18 year old was last seen Aug. 31, 2018 at a motel on Highway 16 in Smithers, B.C., a few days before she was officially reported missing. Her extended family organized search parties when they saw no obvious action from police, the official news release being released on September 6. She was found by a family member on Hudson Bay Mountain on September 15.
